By sourcing seasonal, fresh produce from Sussex, we’re able to celebrate the best ingredients our region has to offer. From working with local butchers for premium-quality meat to sourcing the finest seafood from nearby fishmongers, as well as fresh fruit and veg, we keep it local and sustainable.
We’re also firm believers in the tradition of Family Sundays and can’t wait to welcome you for what we proudly claim is the best Sunday Roast in town. Our kitchen team caters to all dietary requirements, ensuring a memorable dining experience for everyone.

Our menu has been curated by Chef Wayne and his team to capture the essence of local produce.
Working with local fisherman and butchers we are aiming to have a 20-mile radius menu, literally taking produce from as close to home as possible, without compromising the quality of the ingredients we use.
This idea not only reduces our carbon footprint but also supports local businesses. In this sense, we work seasonally and therefore your favourite dishes might not be available from time to time but be assured they will be back.
Our Kitchen love creating something new and we will have specials available as well, so please do keep an eye out on our blackboards for more information.
